2. Products & Services

Home2Global Trade is a business-to-business (B2B) export marketplace connecting international buyers with verified Indian merchants and manufacturers. Our platform covers spices, herbs, millets, pulses, grains, oilseeds, and other agro commodities, primarily intended for wholesale buyers, importers, distributors, and commercial enterprises.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications displayed on our website are for representative and informational purposes only. Since we deal in natural agricultural products, slight variations in colour, size, texture, and composition may occur between batches. Actual product specifications, grades, and packaging will be confirmed at the time of quotation and order confirmation.

3. Pricing & Quotations

Prices for our products are provided on request and are based on the specific requirements of each enquiry, including product type, grade, quantity, packaging, and delivery terms. All quotations issued by Home2Global Trade are valid for a limited period as stated in the quotation document.

As our products are agricultural commodities, prices are subject to change based on prevailing market conditions, seasonal availability, and supply chain factors. Quoted prices do not constitute a binding offer until a formal order confirmation or written agreement has been executed by both parties.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order or signed agreement from the buyer and acknowledgement by Home2Global Trade. Enquiries and verbal discussions do not constitute confirmed orders.

Payment terms, including advance payments, credit terms, and payment methods, shall be as mutually agreed upon and specified in the order confirmation or contract. Home2Global Trade reserves the right to withhold shipment or cancel orders in the event of non-payment or breach of agreed payment terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Home2Global Trade facilitates export shipments internationally from India. Delivery timelines provided at the time of order confirmation are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, logistics, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer shall be responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be specified in the quotation or sales contract. Home2Global Trade shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, port congestion, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Quality & Certifications

Home2Global Trade is committed to sourcing products that meet established food safety and quality standards. We work exclusively with FSSAI-certified, APEDA-registered, and GST-compliant suppliers who hold valid Importer Exporter Codes (IEC) issued by the Government of India.

Product quality specifications, including purity, moisture content, and grade, will be agreed upon prior to order confirmation. Certificates of analysis and other documentation can be provided upon request as part of the shipment documentation.

7. Returns & Claims

Any claims regarding product quality, quantity, or damage must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods at the destination. Claims must be accompanied by supporting evidence, including photographs, third-party inspection reports, or laboratory test results, as applicable.

All claims are subject to verification and inspection by Home2Global Trade or its appointed representatives. We reserve the right to accept or reject claims based on the findings of such inspection. Returns, replacements, or refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Home2Global Trade, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability in connection with any order or transaction shall not exceed the total value of the specific order in question. Home2Global Trade makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of products for any particular purpose beyond the agreed specifications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, and design elements, is the property of Home2Global Trade and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Home2Global Trade.

The Home2Global Trade name, logo, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of Home2Global Trade. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, or any transaction with Home2Global Trade, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
