Day 0Send us your requirements by form, email, or WhatsApp. We respond within 24 hours with initial pricing guidance.

Sampling
7–14 daysWe arrange product samples from verified sellers. Physical samples dispatched to your address.

Quotation
Within 2 business daysOnce samples are approved, we send a formal FOB / CIF quotation with all charges itemised.

Order Confirmation
Day 1 of orderTrade contract signed with full specifications: product, price, quantity, packaging, Incoterm, and payment terms.

Procurement & QC
15–30 daysWe procure from our verified seller network. Quality is inspected at source before dispatch.

Pre-shipment Inspection
Before loadingOptional third-party inspection (SGS / Bureau Veritas / Intertek) coordinated at your request.

Export Documentation
2–3 daysWe prepare the full document set: Shipping Bill, COO, BL, Invoice, Packing List, Phytosanitary.

Shipment Dispatched
Per vessel scheduleVessel booked; BL date confirmed. Tracking details and ETD shared with you immediately.

Post-shipment Docs
Within 3 days of BLFull document set couriered or emailed to you within 3 days of BL issuance.
